Leadership in Europe

At the height of Europe’s sovereign debt crisis, the Polish Foreign Minister called for more German leadership in Europe. But could German-style budget discipline through leadership feed perceptions of German dominance?

The speakers will discuss the many dimensions of German leadership in Europe and outside and will highlight what we can learn from Germany in the areas of economics, politics, industry, education and culture.
