Ram Ghimire started PhD at the School of Politics and International Relations in February 2013. His research focuses on implementation of public sector governance reforms in Nepal after the restoration of multiparty democracy in 1990.  Ram completed Master of Arts in Development Studies specializing public policy management from International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 2003. He holds more than two decades experience in Nepalese public service including academic positions for more than three years in academic and training institutions.
