Dr Lucas González, a former Visitor of the Australian Centre for Federalism, has been named the Insitute for Comparative Federalism's 'Federal Scholar of the Year'.

Dr González was a Visitor in the ACF in March 2017. While Dr González was visiting the Centre he gave a guest lecture on 30 Years of Argentine Democratization, a video of which is available below.
