Introducing Dr. Borui Song, our newest ACF Associate and HDR Graduate

The ACF is pleased to announce that our newest ACF associate and HDR graduate, Borui Song, has been conferred his Doctorate of Philosophy based on his dissertation “An Incomplete Reform: Understanding Horizontal Fiscal Equalisation in China”. Borui’s research makes important contributions to understanding intergovernmental fiscal relations from a federal perspective. His degree was chaired by Dr. Tracy B Fenwick, and his associate supervisor was Dr. Shawn Trier (SPIR) - in photo.
