SPIR PhD student Katherine Smith has just been awarded a Visiting Fellowship at Oxford University’s Refugees Studies Centre. 

RSC is the leading centre for the study of forced migration and supports an outstanding community of scholars, students, policy makers and practitioners.
Katherine will undertake the fellowship during the Trinity Term of 2012 and will use it to present elements of her doctoral research which looks at the gender politics of the international community’s international humanitarian assistance programs and agendas.
