Jonathan Malloy is Associate Professor and Chair (on leave 2015-16) in the Department of Political Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and a Visiting Fellow in the School of Politics and International Relations from January-April 2016.  His work focuses on Westminster political institutions and general Canadian politics, with an additional interest in religion and politics.  He has published a number of studies of the politics of Canadian evangelical Christians and will be extending this research to Australian evangelicals and social conservatives during his time at ANU.  Other recent and forthcoming projects include two collaborative books on Ontario provincial politics and studies of prime ministerial leadership in Canada.
